• Enquiry details: name, email, phone, event date, guest count, location, and message.
• Caterer listing details, including published email, phone, and website.
• Copies of emails sent through enquiry forms so we can operate and monitor conversations.
• Usage data such as IP address and pages viewed, for security and diagnostics.

How we use information

• Deliver enquiries to the catering company you selected
• Keep a copy of form-submitted conversations for abuse, quality, and support
• Review listing applications

Sharing

We share enquiry content with the catering company you select. We use processors for hosting (Cloudflare), database (PlanetScale), and email (Cloudflare Email). We do not sell personal information.
